A new, empty pharmacy database is ready. Create the Super Admin account first. The pharmacy Owner will have a separate account which can be added later. Do not share your password.

Type the same password in both boxes.

Getting Started

Start with a medicine, supplier and a purchase invoice. The stock will then become available at all counters for billing.

Database Status

This database starts with no invented records. Initial medicines and transaction history must come from the verified legacy SQL Server export.

Transaction Summary

Real sales, purchases and inventory appear after entry or verified migration. Gross profit calculations and historical reports require reconciled purchase-cost data from the legacy system.

Detailed purchase and ledger views are available to authorized managers.

Super Admin can create the pharmacy Owner, Manager and Cashier accounts. The Owner can later create Manager/Cashier logins. Keep everyone’s password private.

System Notes

Receipts use an 80mm print stylesheet. Production use requires verified patient-data policies, controlled backups and recovery, reliable network and local printer testing. Legacy SQL Server backup requires offline inspection; no live migration has been completed.
