Data Provenance

Imported historical sales and suppliers come from a separate read-only restore of the original SQL Server backup. The Cloudflare POS records and historical backup aggregates are not combined into today's live sales.

Users & Counters

Super Admin is hidden from normal staff lists. Pharmacy Owner is a protected account; Owner can manage Manager and Cashier users.

Role-protected

Deleting a staff account means Deactivate, not permanent erasure. Invoices and audit history remain intact. You can restore inactive employees.

Add Staff / Pharmacy Owner

Only Super Admin may create the one Pharmacy Owner. Super Admin and Owner can create Manager/Cashier accounts. Every employee needs their own secure login.

Edit Staff Account

Update the user account. Leave password blank to keep their existing password.

Role or password changes sign out existing sessions. A reset password must be changed on the employee's next login.

Getting Started / Shuru Kaise Karein

All staff
  1. Cloudflare website par apna username/password se login karein. Super Admin aur Pharmacy Owner alag protected accounts hain.
  2. Dashboard par Today's Sales sirf new POS transactions ki hoti hain. Legacy sales chart original CandelaNew backup ka historical data hai.
  3. Real Medicine Catalog mein 29,643 source products hain. Lekin backup ke rates/stock abhi verification ke baghair billing ke liye active nahi.
  4. Sab se pehle Medicine Master, verified pack/unit, selling rate, supplier, batch aur expiry confirm karein. Phir physical receiving ke baad billing start karein.

POS / Billing

All staff
  1. F2 press karein, Billing Counter select karein, phir barcode scan karein ya medicine search karein.
  2. Search Results mein sirf approved Medicine Master items, verified saleable stock aur rate hone par Add button kaam karega.
  3. Quantity check karein. Payment: Cash ya Card choose karein. Card select karna bank terminal ki automatic integration nahi hai; receipt of card payment independently verify karein.
  4. F9 ya Save & Print se invoice save hota hai. Successful confirmation ke baad 80mm receipt preview/print dialog milega. Save fail ho to pehle Sales History check karein; same bill duplicate na banayein.
  5. F3 New Bill existing unsaved cart ko clear karta hai, aur confirmation maangta hai. It does NOT delete a saved bill.

Barcode Scanner & Thermal Printer

All staff
  1. USB barcode scanner ko keyboard-wedge mode mein computer se connect karein. F4 se POS search box focus karein, phir scan.
  2. New Medicine Master mein genuine barcode aur selling unit check karein. Source catalog ka barcode har product ke liye verified nahi.
  3. Receipt save ke baad Print button/browser print dialog mein connected 80mm thermal printer choose karein, paper width 80mm, margins none/minimum rakhein.
  4. Ek network/LAN thermal printer multiple computers se share ho sakta hai, lekin rush time mein har busy counter par dedicated printer better hai. Physical printing abhi pharmacy hardware par test honi baqi.
  5. Barcode scan se galat ya duplicate medicine aaye to Sale mat karein; Medicine Master mein code/pack mapping check karein.

Real Medicine Catalog (BAK)

All staff
  1. Real Medicine Catalog original CandelaNew .bak se aya hua historical data hai. Yeh dummy list nahi hai.
  2. Search mein old product name, code, historical selling rate aur recorded stock reference ke taur par milte hain.
  3. Legacy recorded stock ko saleable stock assume na karein: batches, pack conversions, expiries aur some prices require reconciliation.
  4. Aapko 29,643 products manually individually approve karne ki zaroorat nahi hogi; controlled bulk reconciliation workflow alag implement hoga.

Medicine Master / Rates

All staff
  1. New medicine add karte waqt Brand, Generic, Strength, Form, Manufacturer, Pack Description aur Sell Unit fill karein.
  2. MRP agar confirmed ho to per selling unit enter karein. Historical price ko current regulatory price na samjhein.
  3. Agar selling price per strip hai to per tablet se confuse na karein. Invoice mein same selected selling unit deduct hoga.
  4. Medicine Master mein imported historical records automatically verified stock ke saath merge nahi kiye gaye.

Purchases / Receive Stock

Owner / Manager
  1. Supplier pehle register karein. Purchases mein original supplier invoice number, medicine, batch, expiry, quantity aur cost (per selling unit) enter karein.
  2. Receive Stock ek REAL inventory transaction hai: stock turant increase hota hai. Ghar se dummy quantity ya fake supplier invoice enter na karein.
  3. Expired batches reject hoti hain. Quantity/price adjustment auditing ki zaroorat hoti hai.
  4. Backup se purana stock tab tak receive na karein jab tak physically counted/batch mapped verified na ho.

Stock / Expiry Alerts

All staff
  1. Stock screen verified new POS inventory dikhati hai. Expiry alerts new POS ke batch records par based hain.
  2. Billing nearest-expiry-first (FEFO) aur insufficient stock protection use karti hai.
  3. Negative/unknown legacy stock aur missing expiry data review list mein hoga, not safe-for-sale inventory.
  4. Stock ki physical audit pharmacy par hogi; 10+ counters par LAN, internet outages aur barcode tests baqi hain.

Sales & Reports

All staff
  1. Sales History mein successfully saved new POS bills dekh sakte hain. Agar invoice save karte waqt error aaye to retry se pehle history check karein.
  2. Reports mein today's cloud transactions aur old backup historical aggregates alag labeled hain.
  3. Historical week 14–20 Oct 2026 ki amounts purane system se aayi hain, live aaj ki sales nahi.
  4. Cashier ko sensitive purchase cost aur administrative data ka restricted access hota hai.

Users & Counters / Roles

Admin / Owner
  1. Super Admin staff list aur user-creation dropdown mein hidden hai. Account backend permissions se protected hai.
  2. Pharmacy Owner alag protected login hai; role delete/rename nahi kiya ja sakta. Super Admin Owner ke profile details/password update kar sakta hai.
  3. Super Admin aur Owner Manager/Cashier bana sakte hain. Staff Accounts mein Edit se name, username, role ya temporary password change kar sakte hain.
  4. Delete / Deactivate ka matlab login band; invoices aur audit history safe rehti hai. Restore se inactive employee ko wapas enable kar sakte hain.
  5. Temporary password milne par employee ko Settings se turant change karna chahiye. Passwords kisi aur ko chat mein mat bhejein.

Passwords, Privacy & Safe Use

All staff
  1. Har counter ke cashier ka separate login rakhein. Shared accounts avoid karein. Customer/patient personal information sirf authorised staff ko dikhni chahiye.
  2. Super Admin aur Owner kisi bhi staff ko delete karke transaction history wipe nahi kar sakte; audit log preserved rahega.
  3. Cloudflare par security and privacy controls important hain. Pharmacy cutover se pehle role/backup testing and restore drill zaroori hai.
  4. Never paste passwords, setup keys, bank card numbers or patient secrets into external chats.

Internet / Offline / Sync

All staff
  1. Cloudflare website currently internet dependent hai. Wi-Fi disconnected hone par browser mein new cloud bill safely save hone ka wada nahi; baar baar click na karein.
  2. RH computer ka separate local SQLite hub prototype available hai, lekin cloud-to-local sync aur 10-counter operational rollout abhi complete nahi.
  3. Internet drop par cashiers ko new sale status verify karna hoga. Pehle sales history check karein; unconfirmed checkout dubara karne se pehle supervisor ko batayein.
  4. Multi-counter offline stock reservation, reconciliation, local UPS aur network testing pharmacy mein complete hone ke baad hi production switch karein.

Backups & Troubleshooting

All staff
  1. Dashboard blank ho to refresh/login check karein. Network error par connection check karein; sales save error ka matlab confirmed sale nahi hota.
  2. Medicine Add disabled ho to selling rate, active Medicine Master stock, unit, expiry aur batch verify karein.
  3. Printer issue par Save status pehle check karein, phir browser Print dialog, correct 80mm paper size aur printer driver check karein.
  4. Local RH SQLite prototype ka local backup C aur D drive par banaya gaya; Cloudflare D1 restoration/automated backup policy ko production use se pehle validate karna zaroori hai.
  5. Help ke liye F1 dabayein. Keyboard laptop par Fn+F1 bhi ho sakta hai. Shortcuts sirf logged-in app mein chalenge.

Change My Password

System Notes

Receipts use an 80mm print stylesheet. Production use requires verified patient-data policies, controlled backups and recovery, reliable network and local printer testing. Legacy SQL Server backup requires offline inspection; no live migration has been completed.
